Community Focused Center (CFC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 2020 with a mission to strengthen community connections through innovative digital solutions and grassroots organizing. Our platform will serve as a central hub where communities can discover local nonprofits, connect with volunteer opportunities, explore grant resources, and stay informed about upcoming events.

At the heart of CFC's digital presence is our community-centric website, featuring an interactive calendar that allows residents to easily access hyperlocal events and opportunities by simply entering their zip code. This technology bridges the gap between community members and the organizations that serve them, making civic engagement more accessible than ever.

Beyond our digital initiatives, CFC takes a hands-on approach to community development through our Community Committee Program. These committees bring together local stakeholders to conduct comprehensive assessments of their neighborhoods' needs. Whether identifying gaps that established organizations like Habitat for Humanity could fill, or recognizing the need for new nonprofits addressing specific challenges such as homelessness or substance abuse, our committees help ensure that every community has access to the resources and support they need to thrive.
